Norton Security Suite is not working, getting errors 8504 and 104.  Don't know what they mean.

Can't uninstall Norton.  Help  How can I get rid if Norton???

I'm having the same problem with my Norton Security Suite. Can't get it to do anything. Will not open to do scans and updates. Can't uninstall it either. It freezes up. Will not let me download or reinstall. Can't even install another virus protection program. I need some assistance asap.

I'm not using Norton 360 as of now, but it seems that Comcast subscribers are not the only ones who are having trouble. Norton 360 subscribers are having trouble also. I don't know if this is the same trouble as you are having.
