Norton activate Failure

[ Edited ]

I installed constant guard then Norton as I have done many times but never ran into this.

Everything constant guard installed no problem rebooted then installed Norton and when the explore Norton page comes up I click on it and it starts to load then stops and goes away and little messages come up on bottom right by the task bar saying that I shut Norton features off. So activation was not done and when I try to open the security suite it will not open. Tried un-installing then re-installing doesn't work

Are you using a Windows Account that has admin rights?  If not, try that.

Are you logged into Comcast with your primary account user name?  If not, try that.  If you are and you have an alternate user account with full rights, try it with that one.

If no joy, you can contact Tech support at the following URL:

Please keep us posted.
