Anybody else have to do this? 3 updates, 3 needed restarts for updates to take effect. 4th update pulse updates. I`m sure it`s needed, but 3 in a row,,, Version 5.2.1.3
Just Curious,,,

Hi Gambit66,
See my post here: http://forums.comcast.com/t5/Security-and-Anti-Vir
My update only took 2 restarts and 3 runs - so it looks like it depends how current you were when you started in regards to defs etc.

Gambit" Yep, same for me. 3 separate restarts and 4 live update clicks before the upgrade took.
USAF: Thanks for the notice about multiple update and restarts. I'm still on FF 11 but for once I will be able to upgrade without worrying about FF eating my Norton's toolbar.
Great forum

ooops, typed too soon. While I had checked for FF updates before doing the norton's update, FF kept saying it was current at 11. suddenly it remembered there was a version 12. Just finished installing. I can confirm USAF's post that the Norton's update and FF 12 play together well.
