The latest version of Norton Security Suite Version 6.2.1.5 is now availabel for us Comcast users.
If you are on version 6.2.0.9, please run manual LiveUpdate (LU, located on drop-down under PC Security on left side of main page of NSS by clicking on Protected). After completing you should then click on View Summary and a reboot will be requested. Reboot as requested and then run LU again and a reboot may be requested again, if so reboot. Finally run LU again and it should return "no updates found". At this point you should be able to go to Support on the main page of NSS and after clicking Support selecdt About ont he drop down it is should show Version 6.2.1.5.
