Despite having your post removed due to the overactive Nanny filtering you had a legitimate problem so I've reposted it here with minor adjustments to soothe the Nanny filterers.

It "appeared" yet will not disappear! I'm not to savvy on computers-how the " Heck" do I get this  off!!!

Hello,

Just my opinion with all the problems with constant guard why dont you just delete it and run Norton separately.
