Dear Xfinity Home security dept.
The reason for this email is because I am upset with the service I am receiving from Xfinity Home Security, for one thing, you have no real number where I can speak with a representative when I have questions regarding my home security. Today 8/9/12 I have called about 6 numbers and transferred more than 6 times trying to speak with a rep. By now you know I am upset therefore, I have cancelled my Home Security with Xfinity, maybe now someone will contact me; If this is the only way to get someone to address my concerns. I am also beginning to wonder if you all are a real company. For several times my alarm went off and no one called me. I only received a computer generated notice..hmm!!.
Hoping to hear from someone soon to discuss this and other problems..
