I also am i little ticked at this action. I wanted some 800 numbers blocked and they were there previouly but were removed without my consent. If this is the kind of service you offer I am taking my business elsewhere.
On a seperate note: I also learned the hard way when the internet lines are down all IP phone service is down to include 911 service. I live 20 miles away from town so when this goes down I need to drive in to town just to tell Comcast my service is down since I can't very well call them on an IP phone.
I pay $145 per month and they can kiss my money goodbye unless they fix this problem about the phone blocked calls disabled.
