Universal Caller ID

I DOWNLOADED CALLER ID FOR MY PC A MESSAGE POPS UP AND PROMPTS ME TO CLICK ON BOX THAT SAYS UPDATE. I DO SO,ADOBE DOWNLOADS AND PROMPTS ME TO CLICK ON ,LEARN MORE, I DO THAT. HERE'S THE PROBLEM THE BOX THAT PROMPTS THE UPDATE WILL NOT GO AWAY AND I CAN'T GET IT OFF MY SCREEN. WHAT GIVES ? HELP !!!

Add me to your list for this same problem. I have tried un installing Adobe Air and Caller Id with a reboot and reinstalling the Caller Id with Adobe Air and end up with the pop up returning almost like it was in a loop.

It is a pain in the tail moving the pop up out of my way contantly to see that part of my screen.

Whenever you update Adobe Air please make sure you close the Comcast UCID application first or it will not install.

You can close it by right clicking on the icon in your system tray and choose "quit".  Then update Adobe Air.

Right click on this icon and choose "quit"

The information provided by Jay is correct. After following those steps to update are you still experiencing an issue with your Caller Id to PC?
