Confirm that you have Motorola or Pace cable boxes and Triple Play service.
If you have Motorola or Pace equipment than it can be escalated.
If you have Scientific Atlanta or Cisco equipment, the UCID on TV and PC is not yet available to you.

I have had this service for four years, logged at least 6 trouble tickets, had 4 guys show up to trouble shoot, had boxes switched out three times, had to reset box and wait twenty four hours three times and the service doesn't work.
Comcast never seems to esclate to someone who can look into it even though I beg and the process repeats....
