Caller ID has been working for the past couple years, just had a tech to get my PC running, he gave me a new router and all new fittings on my cable connections foe 4 TV's. Now my Caller ID only works on my PC, I went to Interact TV, click on it and nothing happens, it just goes back to the show I was watching, no codes come up.
Thanks Rog--We have had a similiar problem. Caller ID stopped working on Living Room Big Screen TV but not on 2 other TVs in bedrooms. It had worked for 2 years with no problem. The Interactive menu is finally working but the Caller ID still isn't, so I will try unplugging cable box from outlet. Again Thanks!!
