Late last week, we started having problems with our On Demand service:

I realized that our caller ID is no longer displaying on our TVs (it has displayed fine ever since we added phone service).
I tried going into ITV to check the settings and ITV is no longer on my box menus. This seems to have happened right around the same time our On Demand stopped working.
Could these be related issues?

Start first by powercycling the cable box, unplug for a full 2 minutes, then power it up again.
if the ITV icon doesn't appear after 30 minutes or so, then it would be an account coding issue on your account that a Comcast CSR would need to repair.

I've power cycled the boxes many times and the Comcast rep has sent the refresh signals to them. No luck. A tech is coming out tomorrow so I'll have him look at it.
