I had the codes added to your account. I show your cable box as a DCX3200M. Please allow up to 72 hours before this feature is up and running properly.

Immediately after having some other coding problems rectified, I have the same no-caller-ID problem.
Perhaps you can reactivate mine. Or does the record show that the reactivation was already initiated? If so, I'll patiently await the result.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have refreshed your caller id to TV system. Can you verify that you have the ITV icon in your quick menu or do you see the interactive caller id option in your menu?
Lets check your settings and make sure the caller id is set to on and the snooze duration is at 30 minutes and toggle your banner from the top of the screen to the bottom confirm the changes. I am going to refresh your box as well, this will not interrupt your services in any way.
Make a test call to your home and tell me if this resolves your issue.

I have the icon and everything else you listed. However, it still doesn't show up. (I ran the test twice.)

On the tv I set caller id to on, the snooze to 30 min, and i toggled top to bottom several times.
Not working ! The caller id doe's not work on my pc either.Can you do something ?

Caller ID reappeared at 19:27 on Saturday.

Let me verify that it is available in your area If it's available I will add the codes to your account and provision it to your account to be active, it may take up to 72 hours. I will also have someone reach out to you to make sure that the feature is working as well.
Can you confirm that the ITV icon is in your quick menu or the interactive television option displays.

Snooze duration is " 30 minutes " and the location is bottom of screen.

Unfortunately, after working for a few days, caller ID has disappeared again. I noticed its absence on an incoming call at 11:00 am PST. The display on my phone showed it correctly. I then ran a test from my cell phone. Same result.
