Caller ID on TV

When we were first hooked up to comcast we had a working caller ID on our TV. Now it does not work at all .no matter what we change the setting to. Any answers?

Hello,

Try resetting your cable box if that does not work then it could be a ucid coding issue that you will have to call comcast to fix it.
