Caller ID on television. Obtaining list of phone calls made and Received

Caller ID does not show on TV since Comcast was installed over a year ago.  Called Comcast last week Still does not work.  Caller ID is on.  I keep getting message on recorded message that Comcast is working on Problem.  How long does it take?

 

I cannot find out how to get a  listing  of the phone numbers of past calls I have made and phone calls I have received.  I can't find instructions on Comcast website how I do this.  I need this listing for legal reasons.

Hello,

You can get a list of calls by login to xfinity connect and click on voice.
