Hello. The caller ID stopped working on two of our cable boxes. I tried the unplug/reset solution I read on other posts here, but that didn't work. The boxes are Motorola and both show the ITV icon in the menu. One has the Caller ID selection, but no settings control when selected. The second does not show the caller ID select.

Hello,
When you unplug the box and reset it can take up to 24hrs or longer until the software is completely loaded. Try giving it some time.

Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention I tried the the unplug reset several days ago, I just got around to posting now to see if I could get more help.
