I have several caller-id equipped telephones, landline and cordless, and all of them have the same time shown on their caller-id screen. Problem is that time is 11 minutes later than real time. Time is a constant 11 minutes late. Makes me think that Comcast/Xfinity may be broadcasting the wrong time to my house.
All my telephone manuals and Google searching lead me to believe the telephone company sets the time.
How to fix?

I've tried to communicate this issue to customer service via email with the hopes of getting the time fixed.
All I've gotten are moronic answers from the FAQ and to "check my batteries." Very sophomoric. Must be tough to find good help.
It's just another example of the slow decline of a cable company that used to be a world-class organization.
