Everytime I try to connect with Caller ID It says user id/password not valid.
Never had this problem before. What do I do?

I can't retrieve my voicemail as it says my password is incorrect. I have never had this problem before and have not changed anything. Our phone won't take any more calls as it is full and I would like to solve this problem so I can clean out my voice mail. Can you help me?

You can reset your voicemail passcode by going into the Digital Voice Center at digitalvoice.comcast.net.
Click on Preferences / then voice mail. That is where you can change or reset your voice mail password.

Sorry, I ment to say that my caller ID on my computor won't connect. keeps popping up user id/password invalid.
