There's no widespread issue with the UCID on TV.
Anyone with issues it is specific to them.
If you have a Motorola or Pace box and a reboot doesn't fix it, then is is an account code issue that any Comcast support agent can handle.
Cisco & Scientific Atlanta equipment does not yet have that feature.

I have contact Comcast twice and have been told "they are aware of the problem and are working on it as we speak". They have recevied SO MANY complaints regarding the problem. People truly enjoy this feature.
