I have the CID app installed on both my home computers. When I connect on one, it disconnects me on the other. The pop up messages only appear on the one computer that is connected. How can I get Universal Caller ID pop-up messages to appear on both computers??

The caller id on the computer will only work on one computer.

Too bad. Is there a way to submit enhancement/bug requests? Does Comcast pay any attention to suggestions?
