Universal Caller ID

I find the caller ID on Tv feature to be rather annoying, and don't care for it, can this feature be disabled?

Yes, but you will have to call 1-800 comcast to disable it.

Another wrong answer by reasd.

With your Comcast  remote press

menu - menu - interactive tv - caller ID - and that is  where you select the caller ID on the cable box to be on or off.  The choices are on - off - snooze.

It's amazing how many give wrong answers instead of just not answering, they must post to every post if they know the answer or not.
