I got this message when I tried to download Caller ID on my laptop. "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I use Windows Vista and I used to have Caller ID on here and it worked great, then it stopped working so I uninstalled it. Now I can't get it to download again. Please help!

Have you tried deleting the existing caller id program completely and then d/l the new caller id? Just my opinion I would not d/l the new caller id program since there are still lots of bugs.
