Error message on caller ID on my computer

Everytime my caller ID  program loads on my computer it says can't open my address book and give the error message CIDPC 060 and I can't find anything that tells me what that error message means does anybody know where to look?

Hello,

Try removing the caller id and adobe air application and reinstalling.
