Incoming calls once appeared on television screen and not sure what to do.

We once were able to see incoming call numbers on our television screen and for some reason a while ago it went away. Anyone know how to get it back?

You should call 1800COMCAST. If you are supposed to recieve this service, they can correct it for you. They may need to put a ticket in on your behalf which will be worked in 24-72 hours. This is most likely a backend issue that can easily be corrected by thier Tier 2 support.
