I called comcast yesterday as our main TV was stuck. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and got the modem, and TV working.
Now we notice that when the phone rings it does not show on the screen. I guess we had gotten used to it. Can this be fixed?

Start by power cycling the cable box. Unplug the AC power for 2 minutes, then power it up again. Test in 1 hour.
Confirm in the cable box menu that the caller ID app is on
With your Comcast remote press
interactive TV menu
choose caller ID and confirm it is on.
Otherwise please call Comcast support back.
