I do not have verizon phone service I have comcast phones and it was suggested to me by (by comcast ) to disable it and re enable to get some bugs out . I can find no where to do this , could you help ?

All you have to do is go into the Control Panel and unintstall xfinity caller id, and go back into the xfinity website to reinstall caller id.
