Are we getting caller I,D. on our t.v.'s?. I have tried all the ways I do not know to get it.

You must be on a Motorola or Pace system and have a full cable box or DVR. The old DCT2000 series cable boxes will not work, they are too old.
You must have Comcast Triple Play.
If you have Scientific Atlanta or Cisco cable boxes it is not yet available to you.
If you have Triple Play and Motorola or Pace equipment, and it is not working, post back and it can be escalated.

I too have just gotten the Triple Play Bundle and my Caller ID on TV is not working. I do have a DVR. Please help!

THANK YOU BECAUSE I'VE TRIED ALL KINDS OF WAYS TO GET IT ON MY TV,BUT DIDN'T WORK.
