Universal Caller ID has stopped working on my TV. I have a Motorola DVR box RNG200N. I did have another DVR, but had to replace it, as it didn't work. It was from Comcast. Any suggestions? Caller ID works fine on my laptop.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get it fixed.
