I think there's something wrong with the Universal Caller ID servers as of today. While it works on my cable box, the PC application won't log in (it just hangs at "Logging in as ...") and the iPhone app keeps sending push notifications stating that "Connectivity with the Comcast Caller ID system has been lost. Please check your Caller ID settings".

There are numberous reports of your same issue today. Our contacts at Comcast Corp has already been aware of the postings, he will be back in the office Monday to report to the proper group.

Invalid Username/Password – Please check & re-enter primary username/password [CIDPC 020] Keeps Poping Up Every time i log in on my pc nd is not working on my tv please update it i really need it
