Hi, I currently subscribe to one of the double-play packages that offer internet and voice. I would like to use the caller-id function on the mobile app, but it says I must be subscribed to Universal Caller ID. Is that not part of my package? Seems that as long as I have CDV with caller-id, this feature should work. Thanks!!

Hello,
It is my understanding that you need the triple play package and a compatible box.
