I have 2 cable boxes on my account and neither one of them will display the caller ID. When my services were first activated, the one box in my bedroom did display the caller ID, but just recently it stopped, I checked the Interactive TV and it was turned on but still does not work. My main box has never displayed the caller ID, and when I have tried to check it on Interactive TV that option will not even come up on this TV. What options do I have for fixing this option that is supposed to be included in the features I am paying for, I have not set up for the caller ID on my PC so I don't even know if this option works or not.
Thanks

For UCID on TV to work there are several parts that need to be in place.
You must have Comcast Triple Play
You must have Motorola full set top boxs or a Pace RNG110 full set top box. The older Motorola DCT2000 series boxes do not work as they don't enough memory. The small DTA digital adapters do not have this feature either.
The UCID codes must be on your account.
If you meet the first two steps, then only contacting Comcast support can the account coding issues be checked and corrected.

Thank for the insight to my issue, I do have the triple play and as I said I was getting the caller ID on the one box after hook up and has stopped working. However, I think that the main box may be one of the older ones you spoke of. I appreciate your time in answering my questions, thank you and it looks like I will be contacting customer service to correct this. Thanks again

I can get caller ID to show on my TV but not on computer. Used to have it but now has disappeared.
How can this problem be solved?
Thanks JP
