For UCID on TV to work, you need to have Comcast triple play, and Motorola cable boxes in the home.

 

If you are on a Scientific Atlanta / Cisco equipped cable system, the UCID on TV and PC are not yet available to you, but it is coming.

 

If you have Motorola equipment and triple play, then please contact Comcast support as it most likely a code issue on your account that they can fix.
