no caller ID on TV

Hi,

I can't get caller ID on my tv.  I was wondering when we would be getting this in our area.  You've told me for about a year we don't have it in our area.  Is this still true?  I live in Kingston NH.  Surrounding towns have it but we don't.  Can you please help me?

Hello,

This is basically a customer to customer forum. No one will know when it will be coming in your market area. Only comcast would know.

unless you have a motorola box its not available.
