I have 2 set top boxes. OnDemand works just fine on one, but when I try to use it on the other, the program loads and then just sits at the start mark 0:00 and never advances and the screen is blank with no sound. If I exit and go to the room where OnDemand works, I can go to Saved Programs and play it just fine. If I go back to the non-working box - it still does not work. Otherwise, the box works fine on all channels and premium channels. It just won't do OnDemand.

the other box is probably off a spliter from the other line. either that splitter is bad or there is a a cable problem there. So either go get a new splitter 1000mhz and check your wiring or call comcast for a tech visit.
