Well, through the fun of stating that I had a 905 error, I guess someone did something somewhere (if it was comcast or not, who knows) but now I get the fantastical error 810 Mr. Comcast Joe, care to shed some light

I am getting a "Error 810 - Resource Key Not Found"
the xfinity app works fine on ipad and computer..
Looks like this xfinity on demand thing on xbox is a source of frustration..
Been on hold for 20 minutes now on your 1-877 number.. pathetic..
EDIT: stayed on hold for 30min, then I hung up...

I am getting an 810 error code on my XBOX for Comcast on Demand. Before I was getting 905. How can this be fixed?? GAMERTAG---BIGMORG707

I GAVE YOU THIS IN THE 905 ERROR Forum... either way it is: Spaction.... and lets just be real and agree that you dont have to reply to this message saying that your "team" is looking into it... that is if there is even a team.

I'm just trying xfinity on demand for the first time and seeing the Error810 issue as well. I thought maybe I had something set up wrong or something but it looks like a more widespread issue. My gamertag is Donbinator.

Tried again, Now i get a slightly larger 810 error code for v1.39 saying
Setup Error
We're sorry, you appear to be signing in with a secondary Xfinity user account. Please ensure that you are using your primary Xfinity username/email account to sign in, and try again. Secondary usernames cannot be used to activate service. For additional information....etc etc
Which is certainly wrong since i am signing in with the main account (the one you can pay the bill online).
NOTE: as stated in the 905 error response, i know that the main account is not the one that i am posting on, and I am 100% certain that I am using the correct one.

i have had a similar problem. The app works fine on my Android phone but no luck on my xbox. I tried it when I first got Xfinity service and it didn't work, kinda forgot about it for a few weeks, tried it again and it still doesn't work!

I'm having the same error 810: tells me I'm signed in using a secondary xfinity user account, but that isn't true: it's my one and only, primary, account. Please help!

Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address and not your Yahoo e-mail address.

Make sure that you are signing in as the primary user on your account and not a secondary account.
