For the past couple of days I have tried to watch your "early premiere" of Last Resort. However, when I select that program it runs for two or three minutes and then the aspect ratio of the picture changes so that there is a large empty black space across the top of the screen and only the top half of the picture is visible in the bottom half of the screen. This happened once before when I was trying to bring up an episode of Major Crime. What causes the problem? Can I fix it on my end or is it an issue on your end? Please advise. Thanks!
