I have 4 cable boxes but recently 1 of them has been saying "buy" instead of "watch" when looking at shows on demand. I first noticed it on HBO programs and thought it was a subscription issue but the other 3 boxes have no problems with on demand. Further looking through on demand shows I noticed the any comedy central and national geographic programs also say "buy", when I have these channels and can watch them but it keeps saying "buy" on this specific box. I have no problems with the box and can watch these channels but the on demand seems to not recognize this box to the account. I tried unplugging for a few minutes but to no avail. Is this something I have to call comcast about or could this be a signal issue? Possibly a splitter or coax cable that is loose/bad?

Most likely it's a coding issue. You will need to call Comcast. Ask them to check the codes for the box.
