I first got an error message when trying to view VOD tthat said to unplug the cable box for 1 minuteI. After doing so, now I'm getting an error 7 message. I've tried to unplug a couple of times, but still have the error message. Any help would be great!

The problem is your set top box does not have a ip address. Since you already tried to reset the box you should call comcast 1-800 comcast and tell them the problem and refer to error 7 code.

I have had the same error message. Good luck. The only solution they have is to unplug the set for 30 min. I've done that 3 x's. Now they are out of options. Great service, wouldn't you say?????
