Interactive Trivia / Interactive Games On-Demand?

Are there any plans for an Interactive Trivia game or similar to be developed in On-Demand?  Something like NTN Interactive Trivia or Buzztime like they have in bars / restaurants where you can play against others around the region or country? Comcast has the perfect interface for it...

 

I know that SceneIt has shown up recently, but it still not interactive.  Something more responsive and interactive would be great.

They have it on Dish Network, and I believe my buddy down around Baltimore has it available through Comcast...it was not as cool as I expected, I do love the NTN...
