We have constant problems with our cable service. The latest
(as of last night) is the inability to access on demand. Error message reads: We cannot process your order at this time. Please try again. If problem persists please call. Reference CL-7 when calling. Can you help??

1st step is to unplug- replug the set top box. If that doens't help then please call Comcast support with your On Demand error code.
They might need to send out a tech if the CSR can't get it going remotely.
If you have a history of repeat service calls and tech visits, then please share the history and it can be escalated.
