former directv owner, just had comcast install douple-play with premier yesterday. On-demand doesnt work on any series or movie.. says problem ordering package. Anybody had this issue? I have no time to call comcast, I tried doing the reset twice, nothing changed except that it took a lot longer to load the screen

I am having the same problem. When I click on "On Demand" it says it cannot connect and to call Comcast.

Sorry about the issues you are having. I have reset your boxes. If your cable box does not turn on by itself please turn it on. It may take up to 45 minutes for your guides to fully restore and Ondemand as well. Can you please check to see if your ondemand works.
If your cable box does not reboot please unplug it from the wall for 5 minutes and please allow 45 minutes before trying to access Ondemand.
If your issue is not resolved please let me know.
