Hello, I had xfinity digital preferred installed on all three of my tvs last Monday (7/2) and have not been able to access On Demand at all. When I try to, I get Error 14. Any help would be appreciated it. Thanks!

Please contact the Comcast support line for help, your boxes are not getting a IP address and that can be an account coding issue that the CSR's would need to handle.

Hello,
1. Try unplugging the power from the box for a full minute and plugging it back in.
If that doesn't work call 1-800 comcast and ask them to check the codes on your account.

Well, I chatted with a tech last night that was very helpful, and I guess a signal was sent or something. On Demand came up for a few minutes, but then it went right back to error 14. Now, on the one in my bedroom, I get "one moment please this channel should be available shortly" on every channel. Any ideas on that? I unplugged and plugged back in, but it doesn't change...I'm quite frustrated right now.

I've been having this problem for two days now, but only in my bedroom. The other two rooms have channels. ![]()
