I'm also having the same issue myself! I'm assuming you have the X1 Box as well. I finally called a Rep and she has issued a Tech to come out, because all their signals they send simply don't work!

Installer had the same problem with error #22. He did a "UDB hit" and it resolved the problem within 15min. Im not sure what that means but maybe when you call comcast you can ask them to do that from where they are.
