On demand unavailable?

Suddenly when we try to use on demand we get only a blank screen then a message pops up that says unable to process request, call 1-800-xfinity...what's going on?

FIrst unplug - wait a minute and replug in the power to your set top box.  Give it an hour to reload everything, except the guide will take alot longer.

 

If it sitll doesn't come back, then call the Comcast support number for help.
