OnDemand

On Demand has not worked on my tv for 2 months and I was told that the node that I'm connected to does not work but I'm still paying for it ! When will this be fixed ????

Hello,,

It is better you call comcast and speak to them and ask them that you receive a credit for your down time.

How much extra are you paying for On Demand? I've never seen a charge for it on my bill.
