My "On Demand" button is intermittantly not working on a system less than a month old. One day it will, they next it won't. No changes are being made on my end. Since I am a new subscriber, What is happening????? Not exactly the experience I was told I was expected to get. I should be able to push "On Demand" and get a menu. It is not going to the menu. Any suggestions?

are you complaining about the button on the remote not working or the on demand service not working, as you say your not getting the experience you were suppose to get. so if you mean your experience with the button what happens if you press channel one and then enter do you get on demand. If your on demand is not working what are the error messages. If when you press the on demand button nothing happens but when you go to channel 1 on demand works you probably just have a bad remote. all the on demand button does is bring you to channel 1 and then you press enter, no different that if you just press one and enter. You can bring the remote back to any comcast office and exchange it or unplug your box to reset to see if that works. then your experience will be what you expected
