Hi, On Wednesday night I had the June 7th Rookie Blue and the June 13th Dallas episodes on the saved programs but then they disappeared and I have noticed it happening once again, but this time it was the June 14th episodes of The Choice and Take Me Out and an episode of Dog The Bounty Hunter.  I don't understand why this is happening.  I thought by putting shows in the Saved Programs, you would be able to watch each show you put on there. Why all of a sudden are they disappearing?

Once you start ANY program/show/episode on VOD, you have 24 hours before it's automatically cleared/deleted/removed from being listed under/on 'Saved Programs'.

Yes, that's what I thought and it would say remaining rental would be 23 hours and something minutes, but on late Wednesday and Thursday night, some of the shows I put up on the saved programs disappeared and were no longer listed under there for me to watch so I had to end up downloading the episodes online.  Usually I have been able to finish the shows way before the 23 hours would be up but as of late the episodes would still be on there when it would be 9 pm the next night, but the past few nights that wasn't the case.

You couldn't go back and find the episode again to play on VOD? If you couldn't, that sounds like the episode had an end date that ended, so it would have been removed from VOD and cleared from Saved Programs.

No, they were episodes that would have been ending so it could have been why that happened but usually I have been able to watch all of the episodes of shows I put up that would be ending.
