I used to be able to access TBS and TNT On Demand as part of my regular service. I follow "Southland" and "Rizolli and Miles" but cannot watch it during the regularly scheduled times. That's why the TBS and TNT On Demand was one of the favorite services you provide.
Now when I go to On Demand and Select TBS or TNT for their on demand programming, I get a message that the programs are free with a subscription. When I press the buy-now button, I get an error message telling me to call 1-800-934-6489 and give the error as "ERR-36985."
Does my current service no longer provide me with free access to the shows on TBS and TNT On Demand?

It would be a code error on your account. The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will look into your issue.

Sorry for the delay. If you are still experiencing this issue please let me know. As well as any error messages you are receiving along with any other channels outside of TNT and TBS so that I can investigate this issue.

I am also experiencing this problem with TBS and TNT on demand on one box. I've also had problems with my regular cable-lineup on a different box. I'm receiving not authorized messages or channel not available for most of the channels above 100, which I've previously received on the box just fine. We've not made any changes to our cable plan. Thanks for any help!

For the last week I have had it say you must subscribe to watch TNT or TBS shows.. but I have xfinity digital and it shows it as part of the package.? Can you tell me what i need to do to make my TNT and TBS work? thanks

I am also having this problem with ondemand and online when trying to watch TBS, TNT, and NICK. my daughters tried to watch victorious and it said we need a subscription. we have those channels but do not always get to watch them the day they air so we are missing out on some of our favorite shows.

I am having this same issue. I have tried Comcast Customer Service chat, calling got help, and even had a tech here the other day who then put in a ticket to the IT dept on Monday, still will not allow me to watch TBS and TNT on demand. This has been going on for me for 2 weeks now!!!!
