Want to see NBA Warriors rerun on my PC

I have Comcast Cable and Comcast HD TV (Plus?) but I use a TiVo box as my DVR which means that I am a cablecard user.  At this time the San Rafael CA area does not support "on demand" (channel 1) through the cable card. 

 

I'm hoping that I would be able to access the On Demand (Channel 1) through my PC and get access to Warriors games. I can see the live Warriors games on CSN-BAY on Channel 720.

 

I've figured out how to get to TV show "reruns" but I can't suss how to get access to the "free" content like Warriors games (and soon, SF Giants games) either on my TV or on my PC.

As you mentioned, On Demand is not currently availabe via TiVo.  In addition, the only sports live or rerun programming I know of online is through ESPN.
