XBOX XFINITY APP ERROR 7002

xbox live says that the servers are online so how does the app say the severs are down. app worked before I went on vacation for a week now nothing. o yeah! And yes I meet all the requirements listed in the FAQ!

well xbox live can only comment on the xbox live servers, your message is indicating that the local comcast servers are down.
