i called comcast and the person i talked to told me me to unplug the pwer and plug it back in and if it wasnt back up in 30 they would send some1 out after i called back i cant believe some of these techs they ahev soem nerve after u tell them its already been done and then they want u to do it again

they are not techs they are customer service reps. Did you tell them to look at the coding on your account to make sure all the on demand codes were there? Are you a new customer or has this never worked? do you have on demand with your package.
